Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Annet account and associated personal data from the mobile app or by contacting our privacy team from this page.
If you can access your account
Open Annet, go to Settings, then Data & Export, and choose Delete account. The app shows the confirmation steps and lets you cancel during the grace period.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address on your Annet account, or include the account email in your request. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account data.

Account deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period so it can be cancelled if requested by mistake.
You can export your data in the app before requesting deletion.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons.
Deleting your Annet account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat-managed subscriptions. Manage subscriptions with the store or payment provider where you purchased them. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
