For Apple and Google sign-in, we receive your name and email (email may be hidden by Apple). We use your email to send essential account and security notices.

• Deleted data is removed from active systems immediately.
• Backup copies are retained for up to 30 days and then purged.

We operate globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We use standard contractual protections and security measures to safeguard your data.

If you are in the EU/UK, we process data based on contract (to provide the service), consent (for optional communications), and legitimate interests (security and improvement). In the US, you may have rights to access, delete, and opt out of certain uses. We honor applicable local privacy laws in New Zealand and Australia.
